I was recently invited to Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute in Zurich to discuss the success of digital disruption case Doodle in a global environment with participants of the CIO Forum 2015.
Together with the moderator Prof. Dr. Walter Brenner Geschäftsführender Direktor, Institut für Wirtschaftsinformatik, Universität St. Gallen we showed how digital business models can have a great impact on daily productivity in both business and private situations. The audience consisted of approx. 120 Top C-level members of Swiss corporates.
Doodle and UBER business models
Doodle being a Swiss startup founded by two engineers from ETH in Zurich is one of the very few Swiss startups that reached global recognition. We were able to position Doodle successfully in more than 150 countries around the globe.
Also on stage was the Head of UBER for the German speaking part of Switzerland Rasoul Jalali. The CIO forum represents a great opportunity to discuss ongoing topics with a series of senior Swiss managers from IT, marketing, sales and other management positions. Rasoul Jalali explained the growth model of UBER in Switzerland, he spoke about roadblocks and his path.
Thank you for the invitation – I enjoyed being on stage at the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute in Zurich.
